I composed this deep sleep music with 2Hz Delta Waves, Binaural Beats with Rain and Thunder Sounds for your Deep Sleep. Binaural beats are produced by two slightly different frequencies, so in order to fully experience the benefits of brainwave entrainment/synchronization, use a headphone at a comfortable volume.
Any headphone will be just fine. Delta waves are the lowest in frequency that occur during deep dreamless sleep.
Lie down or sit in a comfortable chair, close your eyes, and enjoy the relaxing sound/visual. . .
